Linesweet Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) Prevention Policy
Last Updated: May 27, 2024
Effective Date: Immediately
At Linesweet, we are committed to creating a safe, genuine, and respectful social environment for our users. Protecting minors from harm, particularly preventing Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (hereafter referred to as CSAE), is our highest principle and legal responsibility, on which we will not compromise. This policy outlines the measures and standards we implement to achieve this goal.
1. Our Commitment
Linesweet adopts a "zero-tolerance" stance towards any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation. We strictly prohibit any attempts to use our platform to harm, exploit, or engage in inappropriate communication with minors. We are committed to complying with all applicable laws and regulations and to collaborating with law enforcement, industry partners, and child safety organizations to combat CSAE.
2. Scope
This policy applies to all Linesweet users, employees, contractors, and all user-generated content (including, but not limited to, profiles, chat messages, images) created, transmitted, or stored on the Linesweet platform.
3. Core Prevention Measures
We have implemented a multi-layered series of technical and operational measures to protect our community:
a. Strict Age Restrictions and Age Screening
Linesweet strictly prohibits individuals under the age of 18 from using our services. During user registration, we mandatorily require users to declare their age. Any user under the age of 18 will be prohibited from registering.
We utilize advanced age verification technology combined with manual review to proactively identify and remove accounts that may have falsified their age.
b. Explicitly Prohibited Behaviors
Any sexualization, grooming, harassment, or exploitation of minors is strictly prohibited.
Sharing, distributing, soliciting, or storing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) is strictly prohibited.
Any attempt to establish an inappropriate relationship with a minor is strictly prohibited.
Creating a false identity of a minor or impersonating a minor is strictly prohibited.
c. Advanced Content Moderation and Monitoring
We employ automated AI detection systems to scan uploaded images and text in real-time to identify potential CSAM, predatory behavior, and sensitive keywords.
We have a dedicated team of human moderators who review and promptly handle content flagged by the system and user reports.
We actively utilize and contribute to industry hash-sharing databases (e.g., NCMEC's database) to proactively prevent the spread of known CSAM.
d. User Reporting and Response Mechanism
We have a prominent and easy-to-use "Report" function within every user profile and chat interface in the app.
We encourage users to report any behavior, content, or individuals that make them feel uncomfortable or seem suspicious.
We have a 24/7 high-priority channel dedicated to addressing CSAE-related reports. All such reports receive the highest priority for immediate investigation and action.
e. Employee Training and Confidentiality
All Linesweet employees, especially members of the Trust & Safety team, receive rigorous training on CSAE recognition and handling procedures.
All report and investigation information is kept strictly confidential and is only shared with law enforcement and relevant authorities when required by law or necessary to protect user safety.
4. How to Report
If you encounter any content or behavior on Linesweet that you believe violates this policy, please contact us immediately via the following methods:
